We do not service publicly accessed areas such as parks for "residential" events. We like to be able to ensure the safety of our party guests and in publicly accesded areas we cannot ensure only the event guests are participating.
Yes, we are insured. As a legitmate business who puts the safety of our guests above all else, we take every precaution to ensure that everyone has a fun and safe time.
We will arrive up to one hour prior to the start time of your event to ensure we are ready to go by your start time.
Yes. We require an electrical outlet and a water spigot within 70 feet of the setup area. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. If you need alternate power and water solutions please call our office for more information. 903-287-7519
Cash, credit, debit, and checks. Check payments will only be accepted by schools, churches, and other corporate entities. (We reserve the right to deny check payments from anyone) If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

We can set up on almost any surface. Concrete, Turf, Grass, etc. Our prefferred surface is concrete, asphalt, or turf. Hosting a foam party on gras can lead to a muddy mess due to all of the foot traffic in the foam. The same way you would see if your kids were playing in the water sprinkler.
However, we cannot setup on any glossy surface such as hard wood floors, tile, or glossy concrete.

o Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your event are eligible for a full refund or raincheck (good for one year). The choice is up to the renter.
o Cancellations made 2-6 days prior to your event will have the paid deposit amount transferred to a raincheck in our system good for one year.
o Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event will have the deposit forfeited to VZC Party Rentals.
o Once the equipment is set up there will be no refunds or rainchecks. We will still have to pay our staff for their hard work.

In the case of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel your rental at any time including before and during your rental time if we feel that conditions are not safe. We monitor the weather forecast the week of your event and will reach out if we have concerns. Final decisions on weather cancellations will be made the night before or day of your event depending on the weather status. All weather cancellations are subject to a full refund or a rain check (good for one year). The choice is up to the renter.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear that leads to equipment damage. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules, negligence by your event guests, or intentional damage you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation so please take the proper precautions.
